Banana Bites

A very simple little recipe today...perfect for the kids. It is one those you can whip up and bring out in 5 minutes, looks exciting and a bit fancy so definitely will get eaten up. These Banana Bites are healthy, full of the good stuff. No cooking. All raw goodness here!

Banana Bites

1 banana
2 Tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
1 Tbsp coconut flakes

Slice the bananas about 1 inch high and pipe a bit of almond butter on top each one. For piping, you can put your almond butter in a plastic bag and snip one corner. Place about 3 raisins on top each almond buttered banana and finish off with a sprinkle of coconut flakes. Simple and Yummy!
